@1mgOfficial It's 8:30 pm and nothing progressed since 3pm, And now the agents are not answering the chats as well. Spend 1% of the time you promote this care plan in making sure this 11pm /10 pm delivery actually happ3ns and not passing on the buck to the delivery partner it'll be 5x better
