That mindset is why corruption survives.

If officers delay documents because they can’t openly ask for bribes, that delay itself is a form of corruption.

This @/Lekky678g is scamming people in the name of selling tickets to concerts. They say they transfer tickets after payment via district app & then not pick calls & eventually block you on Twitter, GPay, Calls etc. An acquaintance of mine was scammed. RT & spread the word.

95% of people are not looking for special favours. They are trying to get basic services done and feel helpless when asked for money.

Reporting corruption is often harder than paying the bribe itself.
