@McDonalds why are you guys scamming. Why did I get FIFA cups from 3 months ago and not Monopoly cups. You guys owe me at least 2 pieces and that store was rude as hell when I asked for the proper cup.

@feelzyou Hello

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@VerizonNews Oh now you post something even though I asked you at noon EST. Next time tell your customers as soon as it happens not hours later.

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@VerizonSupport when will you say something about your outage to customers and share holders?

@Verizon when will you say something about your outage to your customers and share holders?

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@JagexSupport I've responded. But are you saying I need to just keep responding to keep it open? But does each response just push it further down the list for a response?

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@JagexSupport hey I know the other day you said you all were busy. But we are approaching a week since you requested I send you an email address to make the changes.[Jagex #5874505] what is the ETA on a response. Sorry just want access back.

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@JagexSupport how long is the replying to tickets? You guys asked me for information and I supplied it but have not heard back since the 12th.

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@Teachermshaley @KenBoon_79 She did it for free. So 100% better then you.

[Jhill @JagexJhill]

@tremtorinha @KenBoon_79 But you didn't do it. Cause I didn't see shit in this.
