After 3,330 minutes of football in the 25/26 season, it comes down to the final 90.
Backed by what looks close to be three figures, the lads are guaranteed safety with one point this afternoon.
If Horbury fail to pick up any points, then safety would also be achieved should one of Thackley or Albion Sports also taste defeat, with Bottesford needing three points or else theyโll be the ones playing in the NCEL Division One next season.
Nothing will be left to chance however and maximum points this afternoon is the target. Those three points could see Horbury see finish as high as 13th.
The chance of a successful season will be decided come 5pm, get yourself to Westfield Lane this afternoon and back the reds.
Very limited social updates this afternoon, apologies.

Remarkably, four of our fantastic squad will be celebrating milestones tomorrow.
Fresh off the 231 bus a couple of years ago, Brad Swain will celebrate his 100th appearance along with the angriest man in football, Joel Feirn.
Sam Kyeremeh, whoโs been with us since the very beginning of our NCEL journey, makes his 150th appearance.
And last but certainly not least, our club captain, Luke Playford celebrates a tremendous 300th appearance for the club.
Not just four brilliant players, but four down to earth lads as well. Letโs hope the fixture is one that lives long in the memory for all the right reasons.

The club would like to offer our away supporters for Saturday free entry to our final league game away at Frickley.
Anybody travelling by coach will be paid in by free, as well as supporters who are making their own alternative arrangements**
Both Darren and Joe really appreciate everyone who has travelled with us this season and acknowledge that the number of points weโve accumulated on the road has not replicated in any sort of way to how incredible our support has been.
It really doesnโt go unnoticed and we hope this small gesture goes a little way in repaying that support.
Anybody not travelling by coach, please private message the club so we can work out the numbers and the costs associated.
Once again, a huge thank you to everyone whoโs supported us and weโll see you for one last time on Saturday.
**First come, first served.

The club noticed a post from โThe Recycle Yardโ in Ossett who are aiming to collect 1000 Easter eggs for Wakefield Street Kitchen.
For anyone attending our final home game, it would be absolutely fantastic if we could help a fantastic cause. We will be collecting them at the game and delivering them during the week.
With an increased attendance expected for @nonleaguedayuk, we can hopefully put a big dint in their target.
Spread the word.

The equation is very simple. 3 games, 3 wins. That is whatโs required for Horbury to mathematically ensure their status in the Premier Division.
First up, @RMFC1919 at the Pulse Hire Ltd stadium. Levels matching Tuesdayโs narrow defeat in terms of attitude, commitment and desire and Iโm sure Horbury wonโt be far wrong.
The lads and the club need your support now more than ever. The crowd at Sheffield was outstanding and we hope you left there with pride despite the defeat.
Any plans you have? Cancel. Back the boys, back the badge, back the town.
A huge thanks to Darren, Deb and Gwen for sponsoring this fixture. We hope you are our good luck charm for this.
Hopefully see you all around 230 on Saturday? Be loud.
UUUUUUUREDS.

Saturday sees Horbury Town welcome Pickering Town to the Pulse Hire Ltd stadium for the first time.
At this stage, no issues with the game. The pitch has held the rain from the last twenty four hours pretty well.
Hopefully the attendance will see us hit the 200 mark. We really need the backing of our fans as we look to move away from the drop.
Once again, thanks to LMK Plumbing for sponsoring the fixture.
See you all tomorrow โค๏ธ
Greta to catch up with some @Emley_AFC legends today, really appreciate the chat at @pcfc1906. Makes you realise how much football helps with your head โค๏ธ

My true love gave to me,
The Bay Horse, Great Heck.
The Bay Horse are sponsors of Joe Jagger, Horburyโs top goal scorer so far this season.
If you are ever in the area, then be sure to pay them a visit. Great atmosphere, great food but most importantly, great ale..
As always, a massive thank you to every single business who supports the club. We simply cannot function without.

My true love gave to me,
New Movement.
Most of you will know the woman behind the business. Club physio Becky Mountain, owns New Movement, a Sports Therapist business based in Ossett.
New Movement provides advice and treatment for all soft tissue needs, both maintenance and injury. Very popular and reputable, which can be seen with how busy she is!
If anyone is in need of any of her services, then Becks is contactable on Instagram and Facebook.

Good Morning all.
It feels good to have a home game on a Saturday, doesnโt it. And with the international break, hopefully a few of our local Leeds, Huddersfield and other fans choose to visit the Pulse Hire stadium as Horbury host Beverley Town in #15.
Squad news..
Kyeremeh, Hobson and Whittaker return after missing out at Eccleshill. Brook and G. Bojang rotated as minutes are monitored after previous injuries.
Media caught up with the gaffa after training on Wednesday who had the following words on certain matters around the club.
๐ญ โItโs been great to get a couple of sessions in to work on a few things after a few hectic months where lads have been played Saturday, Tuesday which hasnโt allowed us to train. The lads are still in high spirits, as are the management team, despite results not going our way.
As long as those things are happening, we will come good again, Iโm sure. We have to remain positive through the good and the bad times - itโs what the club has always been about and that wonโt ever change.
We are finding out about the level, thatโs for sure and although results havenโt been what we would have all liked, we are enjoying the challenges we face and are very much up for the fight.
Beverley will be another tough test and itโs always a pleasure hosting our friends whom I have a lot of respect for. Theyโre one of the in-form teams in the league and itโs always been a competitive encounter. Hopefully everything clicks in the way we know it can, and weโll come away with a positive result.
See you this afternoonโ.
Thanks to Grassroots Games for sponsoring this fixture.
