Criticising Darshan’s multiplex pull is okay. We agree that #DBoss has slightly lesser pull in multiplexes.

Questioning over fanbase for this? People should also remember that 1.5 years ago, the entire Sandalwood audience was convinced that DBoss’s career was over. From “career ended” to “expecting the same pull” for his recent release which itself received below average reviews and the actor is in jail, this itslef shows the confidence people have on his fanbase.

#TheDevil has achieved one of the highest ever pre-sales in Karnataka for a non-sequel and has surpassed the recent KA industry hit #KantaraChapter1’s Day 1 gross in Mysuru, while also recording the highest number of shows ever for any film in Mysuru. Sadly, all this won't be highlighted and is ignored 😂

So the audience turnout in other centres apart from national plexes doesn’t matter? Oh right, that data isn’t available 😕

Bringing in #SuFromSo for comparison.. okay! It performed exceptionally well in multiplexes. Also, based on plex data and the final Karnataka box office figures of both films, @dasadarshan’s #Kaatera (excluding national plexes) is equal to SuFromSo (including all centres) in KA final BO.

So why not highlight his strength in single screens as well? When people criticise, they should also acknowledge where he has performed well. 

#Darshan’s event film #Kurukshetra did quite well in multiplexes too. The elite audience expects an event film from him. Let’s judge his multiplex performance when that happens.

Lastly, the audience are evolving and outrightly rejecting average and below average content. Our stars should focus on that.
