He is the Prince of Wales,
He is a Villa Fan,
His mother was a diamond,
He had a famous Nan.
She used to like a Corgi,
She had a palace too,
And when he gets his hands on it,
He’ll paint it Claret and Blue!
Unreal, this needs to become a regular one 👌🏻 #avfc

Cranleigh, a Surrey independent school will *only* pass on a 12% VAT raise to parents.
They managed to save on the 8% by abolishing all bursaries & free places & stopping free use of facilities to local youth groups, in order to recoup costs of maintenance.
Nice one Labour.
In case you’re wondering, Yes, I do think that the PM worrying about his son having the peace & quiet to do his GCSE’s is a hard pill to swallow for any family whose children are going to have to shift schools mid GSCE or A-level because an extra 20% on fees is a step too far.
This is insane. Keir Starmer accepts £20,000 (nearly £7,000 per month) so that his son could study in peace for his GCSEs in an £18 million penthouse in Covent Garden. He then goes on to charge VAT on independent school fees for children with special needs and disabilities.
