@E_Dilla Nothing against Gladstone but 13-4 this year was the 99% coaching. The major guys that stepped up were already on the roster. last year draft and FA had little on the record (maybe mid year Meyers). I have 100% confidence in this coaching staff, but GM still needs a lot to prove.
