@BLH1979 OK, at least it sounds like you’re on the right track -OPODO are clearly aware that if they directly say that they won’t pay out, you COULD do a chargeback and they might have to pay themselves. So although you have 3rd party insurance, they don’t want to take the risk.Good luck

@BLH1979 From OPODO. Ask them directly if they will give you your money back or provide the service, but not through the insurance, just as they haven’t provided the service. The debit card company can take this letter and then do a chargeback. That response you received might count as a
