多说几句，国内环境有时候会推波助澜对年龄的焦虑，各种广告和媒体经常宣扬一些关于年龄的刻板印象，如“过了35岁的程序员”和“过了30岁的女性”如何如何。

我自己35岁考雅思，36岁出国，38岁自学UX设计开始转行，39岁入行，40岁终于开始从事心仪的工作。42岁玩滑板，43岁和小朋友挤在道馆里一起学空手道，完全不觉得有什么值得骄傲的，因为在西方，类似的例子太多了。

之前来我们公司做分享的一位大牛，37、38岁才开始下定决心学习心理学，10年后成为了领域的专家。

新西兰最牛也是全世界知名的考古学家Jane Wiffen，40岁时因为老公请假，她临时顶替上了两节考古的夜校课程并产生兴趣，于是开始自学。到了50、60岁时，她发现了恐龙化石，我记不清细节，但那是震惊世界的大发现，她也成为顶级考古学家。

对于99%的职业或是梦想，年龄真的不是问题，我们不应给自己设限。

一个有点资历的同事（40冒头）发了很大一通脾气，电话里持续输出了半个小时，大概的意思是客户无理取闹没有底线，业务大包大揽嘴不把风，领导管理缺位，无组织无调度、不给资源不给授权、瞎派活瞎批斗，企业文化官僚媚上。自己一直不停接脏活和背黑锅。现在心态崩了，这活儿没法干了，一天到晚被使唤来使唤去不说，受了多少冤枉气，也没人问一句，自己到底愿不愿意干？日子过不下去大不了辞职，爱玩你们自己玩去，撂挑子了。……🙄

像我们在台湾,聊天用slack,看板用jira,会议用webex,文档用google docs,云盘用google drive或者onedrive,每个公司只要把自己的产品做到最好就够了
