VDM challenged AIG Moshood Jimoh for going on TVC to throw indirect attacks at him instead of addressing the allegations directly.

He demanded that the AIG produce the original first statements of Bariga (arrested 6th January 2026) and Fatai Fabo (arrested 24th January 2026), who both confessed on video to the killing of Sheriff Salami.

According to VDM, if the police can bring written statements that match those original confessions, he is ready to be charged with criminal defamation.

VDM also accused AIG Moshood Jimoh and Aare Bashir Fakorede of conspiring against Ahmed Tajudeen by pinning the murders of Sheriff Salami and Ademola Akinloye on him.
