Out of hospital for the 3rd?? Time in s month. Had my birthday in hospital, extremely lonely as no visitors besides my fiancée..

Crazy how people with bpd, bipolar, schizophrenia, any of the "scary mental illnesses" are 99% of the time the coolest, most emotionally intelligent and creative people you will ever meet but y'all are really not ready to stop shunning us before you get to know us.

So happy I got to see my fiancée today! She's on the Cystic Fibrosis Unit so everyone has their own room. If it's not me, it's her always in hospital 🏥 I miss her so much. 😕

Can't wait to see my fiancée tomorrow. Think it's the longest I haven't properly seen her for, and knowing she'll still be in hospital for another week and a bit is horrid. My bungalow feels so empty without her laughter 😒😕

It feels so surreal the fact I'm engaged. But my fiancée is finding wedding venues.
It feels like a dream that someone wants to marry me... How did I get so lucky?!

Was meant to leave hospital a week ago, and everyday they say I can go home tomorrow... Was buzzing this morning to leave. Now I have to stay another night, yet again 😕

On suicide watch at the hospital CBA with this crap. I feel really bad because I'm now hiding under a sink. They don't care, nobody cares about me. Nobody even notices me. As I write this somebody found me.

My MH is awful today and my BPD symptoms are having a right laugh. Been in hospital for a week and I know they're gonna kick me out BC of my behaviour. I've already had 2 strikes but it's the only place I feel safe. Even my fiancée went off. I'm gonna be a fuck up forever.

I'm not one to post pictures of food, but I'm in hospital and this was my free lunch. I am so impressed, last time I was here it was terrible, they must of changed the chef or supplier or whatever. #NHS

I'm always the person who invites other people to things, even offering to pay for them as I struggle with people.
My friend from college rang earlier and invited me to a gig in July I honestly can't remember the last time (beside my fiancée ofc) someone wanted to see me!? 🥰🥰
