I was very disappointed with Qatar Airways. Had a terrible flying experience. Despite being on time for my flight the door was closed early.
I missed my flight and I had to stay an extra night in New York. I am a doctor and I was going for my mother‘s 93rd birthday.
Manager Anup was extremely unhelpful
Very inhumane treatment for a customer that travels business class on your airline upto 3 times a year!!!

Terrible experience with JetBlue and Qatar Airways. Missed my flight out of JFK despite being at the gate in time because Qatar airline decided to depart early despite weather delays to other airlines which makes no sense!!
JetBlue was of no help in rebooking despite being on the phone with them for more than an hour.
Airlines can literally treat us like shit and get away with it.
Nowhere else can you provide such bad Customer service and continue to ripoff the Customer
Someone needs to hold them accountable!!

@airindia Had a terrible experience with AI. Flight AI 191 on 01/12/2024 delayed close to 2 hrs, luggage not loaded causing me to miss my connection in the US.I fly 4 times a year business to India. Will not fly AI again!
