The great thing about the R-Squared chain is that apps don’t need to commit to building their entire business on a chain.
In fact, businesses w apps don’t even need to know or care about crypto or blockchain. This chain is a background tool that can be used for their users to own their data & content - which could be a powerful differentiating factor for literally any application that has users.
🚨 Study: AI Revolution Will Destroy Idiots—High IQ Required to Harness AI Power
AI is reshaping the world, but here’s the hard truth: it’s not idiot-proof. If you can’t think critically, adapt, or learn fast, you’re going to be left behind.
Jobs requiring AI skills are growing 3.5x faster than others and pay 25% more on average. Meanwhile, 30% of workers fear losing their jobs to AI in the next 3 years.
AI doesn’t hand out success; it amplifies intelligence and creativity. It’s like driving a race car—an expert thrives, but someone clueless?
They crash.

Facebook, Google, Apple, Microsoft & others have played central roles in the censorship cartel.
The Orwellian named NewsGuard along with “fact checking” groups & ad agencies helped enforce one-sided narratives.
The censorship cartel must be dismantled.
The World’s Mark of the Beast System of “Programmable Money.” 👀
Ready Player One.

I was kindly invited to a closed session this week w a traditional private wealth advisor who’s integrated a crypto platform for their clients, and the CIO of one the largest crypto-only asset managers - as well as other PMs and clients - on fwd industry landscape. I was there to provide some perspective from an innovator’s point of view.
Great session, covered a lot of ground, including some basics for those who were not as in the weeds on blockchain and crypto and wanted some simple explanations about some things. Now keep in mind crypto asset managers are axed (and not unreasonably so) to get Wall Street money off the sidelines and believe that having a proper and clear regulation regime in place will do it. So they’re hopeful for more laws and regulations bc they feel that it’ll provide the needed clarity.
I have a different, or rather more nuanced view. I think that if the govt makes it v clear that there will be a low-to-no touch reg framework, Wall Street will pile in way more freely. Banks and brokerages are already among the most highly regulated companies on earth - moreso than even pharmaceutical companies in many respects - from living wills to capital requirements to stress tests and beyond. The banks are solid. The financial system is solid. And if they’re solid, why hyper-regulate the item that they might wish to acquire and trade? Who cares?
And there’s a critical reason why a laissez faire legislative and regulatory approach for blockchain and crypto is vital for the United States: because if you do that, we will dominate. If you don’t, we won’t. This is technology and innovation. If you regulate it you limit it. If you limit it you will cede the power of it to others who won’t limit it. And ultimately you may end up disserving the growth and vitality of the very thing you’re trying to support.
There was a v cogent point made about blockchain and crypto structure on the call. The example was Ethereum, that Ethereum is two things: Ethereum the blockchain, and Ethereum (ticker: ETH) the crypto.
I followed up after the session about the importance of that statement when it comes to any forward legislation and regulations. Here’s what I said:
“One thing u mentioned that I wanted to applaud & underscore: the notion of eg Ethereum the blockchain & Ethereum the crypto. I don’t think regulators fully appreciate this - that a crypto that’s native to a blockchain is two things at the same time: 1) an item of value and 2) an operating mechanic for the blockchain. These two things can’t be separated. The cryptography itself relies on the token having value. To try and regulate as if it’s only an asset that can be traded misses the boat & can stifle innovation imo.”
The reader got it and completely agreed. But the broader point is this: let’s not rush to get “any” new regulations and new laws in place just bc we all would like to see a rational broadening of market participants. It is a 100% certainty that any new laws or regulations will have limiting consequences. A 100% certainty. So why not just be clear that we’re going to keep the govt out of the way and let innovators innovate, and if the banks want to invest or trade, they’re subject to the same capital rules and restrictions etc. as they are for anything else they do.
Now is our chance to get this either really right or really wrong. I’d really prefer the former. So let’s not rush. Let’s not hyperventilate. Let’s at least take our time, and consider all angles of consequences - and maybe even start from square zero, and get it right. There’s too much at stake not to.
