Sat down with a liquid billionaire yesterday.
His best advice for every business owner: Hire a “send and delete” person.
You fire off the request → immediately delete the task from your brain. They handle it. No follow-ups. No mental overhead. Once you hit send, you consider it done.
If you ever have to remind them? They’re not an asset; they’re slowing you down and stealing your bandwidth. Fire and move on as quickly as possible.
This one hire changed how he scales everything. Hope this helps anyone who needs it!
As of today, @Tesla is officially the first company to offer robotaxi rides to the general public with no safety monitors and using only cameras (no LiDAR or radar).
And they said it couldn't be done 😎
@I_amMukhtar This is a dumb comment, my friend. Just look at his actions, not what you see online. Look at all the good he is doing and has been doing.
Exactly…. Well said. That post is the mentality of a person who expects to be super successful overnight. Never mind all the endless hours and years of sweat and tears. All the risk and all the times that the company almost went upside down. I have no sympathy for someone like that.
