@PaulGuzikDO Number one thing is to have a good fund of knowledge (especially studying your 3rd year before graduating) because there’s not much time after you graduate to focus on studying.
I think ACG questions are good, and Acing books had the zebras that came up. DDSEP solid

Possibly undiagnosed Hirshsprungs? Anorectal manometry would be useful. Interesting case!

@ASK_HM17 @JayaVasudevanMD In general our practice has been to provide early endoscopy within 12-24 hours. Urgent EGD (<6 hours) is not typically a good idea since it comes at the cost of resuscitation, and it’s no surprise that the article also shows worse outcomes in that cohort.
