@titanwatches @titanwatches @TataCompanies The Edge watch product quality is a complete disappointment—cheap internals wrapped in a fancy ceramic case. To top it off, your customer support is horrible. Expected much better from a Tata brand. I’m done with this; take it back.

@titanwatches I have a complaint regarding your edge ceramic watch, that I got on 23/08/26 & within last few weeks I realised that it’s getting slower- now its loosing 20mins per day! Taking it to a titan world shop in BLR Mall of asia didn’t help as I want it replaced; pls help!

Say I’ve done that mistake of choosing an item of lower value and lost ₹200, which could’ve been avoided if the UI had warned me, Can @Swiggy keep the remaining ₹200? Is this even legal ? They won’t give it to me in writing! Conclusion: SAY NO TO COUPONS, ALWAYS ASK FOR REFUND

There’s something that everyone should know about @Swiggy refund coupons: say you ordered something and there’s an item worth ₹400 missing in the package, you raise a complaint in the help section - they’ll tell you we can give you a coupon for that missing items worth..

Secondly, to use that coupon, you’ll have to make a purchase of ₹500+, and if you have used the coupon (by mistake) to make a purchase for a lower amount, they will not pay you back the remainder, you can go on fighting with customer care, but they will not give you that amount

@airindia you’ve cancelled my TVM - BLR flight booked via @makemytrip and put me on a flight 10 hours before the planned departure, then on 10 hour transit via DEL. Nobody can get past your customer care IVR to register an issue, I need to get a refund for this - what to do next?
