@plusnethelp internet keeps being rubbish in the mornings and last night kept disconnecting and now doesn’t work at all this morning. Anything you can look into?
@DPD_UK why have a system that enables you to update your delivery information then ignore that information? You even sent an email to confirm what I asked but ignore it! You also make it stupidly hard to contact if there are any issues.

@TeamKnowhowUK Really? Was told on the phone that I wasn’t able to do that (explicitly asked). That is very frustrating. Already had to take a day off to try and get it picked up. So if I drop it off what happens with the reorganised pickup for Friday?
@curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK why do you make it so hard to return an Internet ordered item? Phoned up, at first told no, then yes. Waited in all day Monday but missed dpd apparently. Why can’t I drop it off at store or Hughes which is 1 mile away?!
