I had my all my money out of my @StarlingBank business account stolen. I contacted them instantly and they said I will be contacted within 5 days, it’s now been over 3 weeks and yet to receive a single form of contact or resolution from them.

I’m totally appalled at the way this has(not) been handled. I put trust into @starling to look after my money which has been broken. Thousands of £’s of transactions were made without my approval. I’ve now left a complaint and I am seeking further legal advice.
