@Daanos_iii @ChrisCrosss98 @NASASpaceflight@NicAnsuini Nic has photographed the sliding structure that moves up and down the side of the tower. The arms wrap around the three sides of the tower and the large chopsticks bolt to this structure.
@alo_bass_mann@considercosmos@SpaceX@elonmusk There will be a ‘trolley’ that runs up and down on three of the four pillars (Z axis). A large pair of arms will be attached to this that will swivel left to right (Y axis). The top really only holds the pulleys and cable that actuates the trolley.
@Michael10711597 @LunarCaveman@NicAnsuini If that’s the case where does the fuel and services enter the Starship? It’s methane and oxidiser enters through two pipes within the skirt.
@LunarCaveman@NicAnsuini @Michael10711597 I always thought the Starship was to be fuelled 'through' the booster, from the bottom, using the same plumbing it'll be using during orbital fuelling. Wouldn't this negate the need for a fuelling arm? Also there doesn't appear to be any input points on the side of SN20..
"...works like a vaccine, increasing skepticism of fake news by giving people a 'weak dose' of the methods behind disinformation, a version of what psychologists call inoculation theory"
@LBC There are videos of Tesla vehicles avoiding crashes before they even happen due to the car knowing what is happening around them and calculating other vehicles trajectories. This man has no idea.
