@UberUKI_Support You’ve responded but not helped. All of your agents are bots and none of them can even form a sentence. It’s been a week now and im fed up of waiting. I will be taking this matter to ombudsman to file a complaint.
Recently tried to reactive the same account I delivered with before, got all my documents approved for them to put my account on hold because of “fraudulent” documents. Have tried for days to ask when my account would be active again, no response. Can you help

@ubereats_uk why does none of your support reply to uber eats riders on the app? Been trying to reactivate my account for days and no one is responding to me via the app!!!
I’ve also tried calling but it just ends the call with thank you and goodbye… fix up!!!!
