@LittleLeague Where is the on tournament director in all of this. It isn't even an ump judgement. A ball is dead if ruled dead by anyone. That's a rule enforcement. Ump should be corrected on that.

When any ump calls a ball foul the play is dead correct call or not. players stop when they hear foul. Original call is huge during close replays. Runner can't be given home on that play either way
