Over everyone. At some point it will have to reach a tipping point where people say enough is enough and we need to start holding those who do wrong accountable.

Accountable for their actions. If someone has an addiction or abuses people, they and they alone should claim responsibility for what they have done and if they don't they should be held accountable. These bad actors are removing self responsibility and exchange it for control.
