YT Pricing Calculator for EigenLayer Airdrop

I’ve been doing some napkin math in my head for a 100% YT strategy on @pendle_fi.

If $EIGEN is $0.10 when airdropped, current YT eETH is selling at 34.5% discount and the profit from the strategy will net $1,250 per 1 ETH.

Just know that YT price will drop to zero when it goes to maturity. The velocity of price change depends on external factors: airdrop dates, expected value of points, people's appetite for immediate returns, and etc.

@0xJMG If you buy only YT. You are in essence buying points and the price of YT will eventually drop to zero at maturity.

The price is not dropping much as the actual price of the airdrop is unknown. If you dont like the risk try the lp strat.

Divergence from TGE to maturity harms potential returns.

Too long, may lead to lower per point return.

Too short, the amount of lost potential points will not be off set by the potential higher roi per point.
