@AvantiWestCoast hiya. Two things. 1. I got the train on Saturday 27th from rugby to Liverpool Lime St. I paid for an upgrade for standard premium yet the carriage was then filled with lots of people who didn’t have to pay the upgrade? Train was also delayed by 40 mins. 1/2

@AvantiWestCoast I am on a train from Northampton to Rugby which has left later than scheduled. I am getting a connecting train from rugby to Liverpool lime street. Will the train going from rugby to Liverpool wait for us as I am nervous due to the delay I’ll miss the train?
