@safelite Over market themselves for “safe lite repair” when in fact, it’s a lower than realized successful repair rate, leading to a full windshield change
@safelite I just went in for a small crack, about an inch long, on my windshield, trying to repair it. The woman at the front desk warned me that it might crack. The minute she said that, I knew it was going to crack more. Guess what? It cracked more..
@safelite That’s fair - I guess my issue is that the indivual at the front desk said it was about a “30% failure rate”, leading me to think it doesn’t happen often. SafeLite is the biggest name in windshields and they replace windshields efficiently. But I believe they over market..
@safelite how often does this happen? I called a representative and she said she’s only seen that happen 3-4 times in her career. Now I’m going to have to pay a $500 deductible to get it replaced. My insurance was going to cover the “repair” for free
@rad_tothe_bone@diversepsyche@404paigenotfnd Regular competition is taken away when you have government involvement - corporations can only make money if people spend money with them. What specific corporations are “robbing us blind”?
@CallawayGolf hey! Been on hold 📞 with you guys for 20+ minutes.
My dad’s driver shaft snapped and was wondering if there’s any warranty or anything of the sort. This was his favorite driver he’s ever had. See attached pics.
