@TUIUK Odd that since I’ve just got off the phone with your call centre and the first guy transferred me to a ‘manager’ because he couldn’t apparently resolve my issue.

@TUIUK 3 hrs on the phone to be told a manger has refused to speak to me cos ‘they don’t work on the phones’ and I can’t amend my ‘Amber list’ holiday because FCO has no restrictions on it despite the governments current rules.

@TUIUK on hold for 1hr 47m to eventually get through to a guy who hangs up on me after less than 15 seconds for no reason whatsoever after I said I was just going to get my booking reference...
