Humanitarian with a passion for technology and sustainable change.
Emergency first responder for 15+ years, served in ๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ๐พ๐พ๐ช๐ฎ๐ถ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ซ๐ธ๐ด & +++.
Time and again, I wonder what would it take to make this world a truly peaceful place? A place where we use our resources and technology for human good and not for destruction.
Three years passed in the blink of an eye, and time has come for me to leave the Ukraine operation.
Unfortunately, the war continues with no sign of immediate peace in sight - exacerbating human sufferings and taking innocent lives.
Today, we visited the newly accessible areas in Kherson Oblast.
The devastation caused by the war is heart-breaking.
@WFP has been distributing food in these areas immediately after they become accessible.
Cassava harvest in Gogrial West County, #SouthSudan
Cassava is one of the most drought-tolerant crops.

โ Diversify crops to reduce risks associated with crop failure
To keep our fleet moving, it needs regular maintenance.

To adapt to #climatechange, WFP & partners are introducing climate-resilient crops in #SouthSudan.

Further expansion in 2022.
This week, Kuajok field office hosted a visit by ๐ช๐บ@eu_echo to #Warrap.
