There’s an idea! Reward people who actually stick around & show up everyday. I see so many “hiring bonuses” and people jumping ship to get a raise. Meanwhile, employees who stay get extra work and longer hours. Reward loyalty. Reward a good work ethic. Those are your true MVPs
