This is purely speculation I think the limit will be very low maybe even just 1 for hosting a node/stake on $QNT, GV himself said anyone would be able to do this, but they would need to pay for the license.

SMOKING GUN from SWIFT themselves. This was taken from @IOV_OWL latest vid. The SWIFT Bockchain is going to use $QNT 100% read between the lines. Its plug and play (QNT) connects traditional systems to blockchain (QNT). it will then use $link, but the actual blockchain is QNT!!
