The problem is that social media is terrible. It is built to be terrible and enrich its owners. The only way to engage with any hobby today (and with society at large) is to just have a few magazines you read, a few sites you like, and just enjoy life. Social media is not real.
i deleted my fighting game tweet. honestly this is why i'm not on gaming podcasts anymore. i actually turned down a good paying opportunity to be on a gaming podcast at a publication. i do not like doing it anymore. you all are good at reminding me how boring it is.
