@AyannaPrescod I’m hoping and praying she’s the Company national tour Bobbie. That show closing before she could play the lead is a TRAVESTY.
WHERE’S MY CARMEN CUSACK BEING ALIVE?!?
Really enjoyed Black Adam. It’s not perfect, but had some fantastic visuals (Cyclone and Dr. Fate especially) and you know I’m always a fan of lesser seen hero’s getting to do their thing.
@DanielleNicki I’m shocked at how often shows get the film industry wrong. Like….that’s the one industry that has 100 experts on set yet is rarely ever accurate. Reboot is a nice change of pace for that.
#PValley’s been renewed for SEASON 3. Thank you #PynkPosse!!! Y’all are our fire. And special thanks to the fuel: everyone who laid hands on this show. From the writers and producers to the cast to the crew to the executives, this show is made with great love, grit and glitter.
@ScottMendelson One of my favorite sitcoms with a cast that deserves so much more. And Victor Fresco could have a similar reign like Mike Schuetz had at NBC if some development execs would give him a chance
One of many hills I’m willing to die on. Cooking solo and eating out are close to the same price unless you are willing to eat the same thing countless times in the same week.
For yall to say cooking is cheap, i KNOW yall ain't using fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch. I wanted to make a Tuscan shrimp pasta. Heavy cream $4, grape tomatoes $4, spinach $4, butter $5, noodles $2, parmesan cheese $5, shrimp $11, oregano $3, garlic $4.
@alisousa4@treadway_amber But is there any source for the weekly operating cost for the show? If all you have is a weekly gross, that’s really only half the picture.
Like, I’d think this would be a good gross for this show, seeing as the cast is so small and it’s not Lion King in regards to tech demands.
@GennHutchison The one common thread through shows that I love is ensembles that shouldn’t work. Diverse groups of people coming together and forming unlikely bonds. It’s also why I tend to prefer non-family shows over family shows, because usually familial bonds already exist.
@ElainaCScott Yep, most people don’t realize that they don’t own the rights to their tattoos unless they have the artist sign those rights over. Without that, from a legal perspective, you’re just a canvas showcasing someone else’s work.
