@olsonplanner Any idea when your income will be evaluated to determine IBR eligibility, given that applications for IBR are not being processed?

I’m stuck on SAVE, and
qualify for IBR based on 2023 taxes, but if I apply and they process it sometime next year, my 2024 income is too high.

@Westsaeed10 @olsonplanner I have the exact same letter from MOHELA, dated 7/17/24. I was put on admin forbearance prior to the injunction because they screwed up my income recertification date in March, and then they extended that on 7/17.

@TylerLarsenMD Fair enough, but the if the harm you are describing is the waste of unused plastic spirometers (as I can’t come up with any other harms), then the benefits FAR outweigh this harm. And there are far better places to curtail plastic medical waste than attacking IS use.
