@H3KTlC What an accomplishment - life milestone and something to be proud of! Congratulations on the weight I have to imagine has been lifted from your shoulders!
@madskristensen Please consider modernizing the database project support in VS2026 with SDK projects, and better support for a information classification labels. Whether for SQL Server or other databases, focusing on development and dev-adjacent features vs. DBA has more value.
@kevin_hick@madskristensen Looks like it was fixed in the latest patch, tied to the Find in Files dialog - which tracks for what I was doing. Thank you for the fix!
@ConcernedApe@Telominas Please consider making trash bear, theater, racoons, community upgrades, monster goals for enemies without one today, etc. part of perfection in 1.7! These seem a part of the game's core experience and it always seemed a slight bummer they didn't count.
I am closing the cabin for the winter. As part of this I have also collected together and disposed of six dozen flies that appear to have collectively died in a 48-hour span. Gross.
Great illustration why I cheer for SpaceX to succeed, even its leader behaves like a turd much of the time as of late. It takes some amazing engineering that allows this cost curve to be possible. Truly amazing!
On the eve of the Starship test flight, a reminder of why full reusability is a game changer for access to space... While the industry is following the red line, SpaceX is on a different curve.
Note: a straight line is an exponential on this semi-log graph.
@anpaure 100% agree with requiring this and would hope developers would view this as an opportunity rather than burden and be *excited* to learn how their users think and make use of their products.
@anpaure If advanced math and physics named their variables the way software developers do, more of society would actually understand math. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@helloitsolly@thewritingdev The cost to implement every one of those items is probably at *least* 500k and two years if you already have a decent information security program as a starting point. On timeline alone you have no choice but to say you don't have it today.
@FlashShifter Congratulations on this milestone. I'm curious: how much did the design of this update change as a result of the new content in vanilla 1.6? How much did it inform SVE 1.15 decisions? Have a very nice day!
@Pathoschild@StonedGrapples@ConcernedApe Cool! There are so many ways to handle it. We use one sln w/ target-specific projects referencing shared class libraries, then have each target-specific pipeline build the solution w/ a target-specific build config. That seems uncommon; I love hearing how others approach it! :-)
