According to a new DOJ letter reported by Fox's Matt Finn, if LA County lets ballot processors count the votes of people federal agencies have identified as NON-CITIZENS, they could face FEDERAL CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

The DOJ says anyone who knowingly counts those ballots risks becoming an "aider and abettor to a federal crime."
