THE HUMAN LAYER OF ONBOARDING

Web3 has spent years optimizing technology.

Wallets. Infrastructure. Protocols.

But one of the most important adoption layers is still human.

People trust people.

Following the success of the @AxieInfinity Atia’s Legacy event in Lima, which I had the opportunity to organize alongside @zioaxie, the Kanstar team, and an official Pokémon partner, we’re continuing to experiment with new ways of connecting people to the Ronin ecosystem.

This time, through the @KanstarWorld Secret Party co-hosted with ERASMUS, the leading international university student community in Perú.

Rather than focusing exclusively on existing crypto audiences, we’re experimenting with community-led onboarding through international student networks, creating pathways for Ronin to reach entirely new communities.

This experiment is built on a simple belief: people trust people.

And because of that, the onboarding process won’t be driven by organizers alone. It will be powered by the community itself.

Existing Ronin users, Kanstar holders, and ecosystem members will help guide newcomers through their first steps on @Ronin_Network, answer questions, share experiences, and make the journey into Ronin feel more approachable and human in a fun environment.

Local? Yes.

International? Absolutely.

Because every student who creates their first Ronin wallet becomes more than a new user.

They become a bridge to their university, their country, and their community.

What starts in Lima has the potential to travel far beyond Perú.

Supported by the incredible Kanstar community in Peru, we’ll be gathering insights, learning from the experience, and exploring how community-driven onboarding experiments can help introduce the next generation of users to Ronin.

I have to admit, I let you all down a little this weekend 😭 I wasn’t able to fish or document my catches. A lot of things happened IRL, and it was impossible to keep up with the challenge updates.

But since we’re still nowhere near level 80 (not even close, honestly 😂)the challenge isn’t over yet! So today we’re back at it with full energy 💪✨

Last night’s @AxieInfinity Terrariums Lounge confirmed the real priority:

Homeland is being permanently shut down by the end of June, and Terrariums V1 will replace it as a gamified staking system.

Not a full game, at least for V1.

🏞️ NFT lands will have weekly $bAXS pools by tier
🧬 Each land can host up to 30 Axies
⛽ Lunium will be required as fuel to earn $bAXS
⚙️ Axies generate free Lunium, but only around 16.6% of the weekly cap
💰 To maximize rewards, you’ll need to buy Lunium bundles
Your contribution will depend on land tier, collectible Axie score, level, ascensions, evolutions, accessories, and land accessories.
In theory, I like the foundation.

I had a pretty intense weekend, working a lot, but that's part of the journey, right? If you want to achieve big things, you have to be willing to work hard for them💪

I wrapped up my Sunday in a beautiful green field alongside my @KanstarWorld and my little sheep Axie (thanks @zioaxie for the awesome resources! 😂) taking a moment to thank God and life for the simple gift of being here, breathing, and moving forward one more day.
