🚨 House Ethics Committee is investigating Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez (CA) over alleged “inappropriate sexual contact with a House staffer.”

Gomez, founder of the Congressional Dads Caucus and a married father, has been in Congress since 2017. The committee notes that the allegations are not evidence of wrongdoing.

Earlier reports said he was seen kissing a much younger aide in 2023. In June, he admitted to CNN that he made “personal mistakes outside my marriage.”

お金は大丈夫なの？
皆さんによく心配されますが自分は寄付金など一切いただいておりません。
奈良の政務活動費も全て返納しています。
勘違いしている人もいますが市議会議員は副業ができます。
自分は株式会社の経営もしているので様々な企業と契約を結んでいます。
中でもリオグループとは4年続いており何度も助けられました。
奈良市議の給料は奈良の為に全て奈良で使っています。
それ以外の収入をボランティアや活動資金に充てています。
だから自分の旅費や宿泊費には一切税金から得たお金は使われておりません。
昔は借金に追われ全てに余裕が無かったですが今は違います。
まずマネトラには引っ掛かりません。
裏金など汚いお金も無いと自信を持って言い切れます。
熊本での活動もリオグループで働いたお給料を全て充てています。
夜食だとバカにされますがリオがあるから今の自分は行動力を発揮できます。
苦しい時に拾ってくれた御恩は決して忘れません。
リオでは飲食や海の家など昼のお仕事もありますしたくさんの素敵な方々と出会うことができました。
残り契約も短くなっていますが最後までよろしくお願いします。
そしてお金の話はどうしても汚く見えるのであまりしないようにします。
