@squarespace I rarely post publicly about poor customer service, but this has reached a point where I genuinely don't understand why resolving a relatively small issue with @Squarespace has become so difficult.

@Squarespace, surely there must be a way to escalate and manually resolve situations like this without putting customers through hours of repetitive verification and correspondence.

@squarespace We have provided the information requested. The original person who registered and paid for the domain has participated in the verification process. I am the authorized IT support person assisting the organization. Yet we still seem unable to get to the simple outcome we need:

@squarespace The frustrating part is that the domain has expired, so this isn't something we can simply leave unresolved indefinitely.

@squarespace What should have been a straightforward support request has turned into hours of back-and-forth, repeated verification requests, bank statements, explanations, support conversations and seemingly endless hoops to jump through — and we are still trying to get the issue resolved.

@squarespace We are simply trying to regain access to a domain that was originally managed through Google Domains and subsequently migrated to @Squarespace.
