This is more than just a regular #UXFailure since people's health (and in some cases, lives) are at risk. Quaker is recalling products due to potential Salmonella poisoning and is directing customers to a non-existent website.
Today mark's the 6 year anniversary of when the FCC destroyed the Internet by revoking net neutrality. Sadly, nobody will even see this because, well, the Internet was destroyed. #NetNeutrality
Is it just me or shouldn't FB have 2 versions of the laughing emoticon? One to indicate whether someone's laughing with you and another for when someone's laughing at you? Big difference. #uxdesign
Here's another #UX fail. This is a screenshot of an e-mail I just got. Apparently, Audible (an Amazon company) is doing production testing and accidentally sent out an email to their customers. I wonder how many other users just got this same email?
Ugh. Trying to buy a ticket to the Star Wars: Rogue One IMAX rerelease and @Fandango gives me a 500 server error. Well, at least I know what web server technology that they're using (based on the error message) but I want my ticket purchase to go through. #ServerFail
Old National Bank bought out First Midwest Bank and virtually nothing is working: can't login, can't reset password, can't request username, 400 server errors and if you try to call them, the wait is more than 60 minutes and they don't offer to call you back. #PoorUX
I just discovered this website, https://t.co/uwtNV7Ck99. Apparently, it’s a dating service for green singles. But check this out. Their website says that you can meet your “conscious” partner. I think that they really mean “conscientious”. Big difference. #EpicFail
Science is neither liberal nor conservative nor libertarian. It is simply a methodology for understanding the universe using experimentation and observational evidence. #ProScienceLibertarian
Kudos to https://t.co/8dM31QdWDX for the best password UX I've seen by clearly telling you the requirements, and if you don't meet one, tells us which one.
