The on-line support system at Commercial @Keurig is horrible. If this is the kind of support we get as customers, it is worth looking at a different coffee maker. #frustratedcustomer
Frustrated with @ADT on their system and their on-line support system. Issue #2 in recent months that I have had to call a technician for ... with a $59 charge just to come to the house (two strikes). One more strike and they will be out.

Another poor experience at an @IHGhotels property. No regular coffee in rooms. Front desk told me to come down at 6am and get coffee out of dispensers if I wanted regular coffee, but no k-cups for room. Window leaking from rain. No TV signal. This loyal customer has had enough.
@HomeDepot Very frustrated with lack of support by their service desk in tracking down a "late" on-line order. "We can only tell you what the computer says. There is noone we can call to track this." What I get going through a big box store, I guess. #bidboxstoreproblems
@nationalcares what was up with the computer system at CLT this weekend? Took forever to check out and it was making us initial and select a credit card to charge.
Frustrated that we ordered an item through @amazon but was going to be charged $30 for delivery through the USPS that was not listed on the order. We had the USPS return the item and we processed the return. Now Amazon has charged us again. #amazonprob
The @IHGhotels website stinks for trying to complain about a property/reservation. The property I am in is NOT up to IHG standards and the hotel did nothing today to address my issues when I made the requests this morning. #travelproblems
The young gentleman behind the counter at the @caseysgenstore in Oaktown, IN was extremely helpful and nice to all the customers this morning. Don’t see that much today.
