We received Mr. Kudakwashe Matereka, regional head of Afrieximbank with his team at PACEID on Wednesday this week.

It is strange how many African leaders speak about this AFCTA tool, now in its 7th year, for unity and trade but how so few are using the very institutions to drive this change and bring about the trade transformation we require!
Afrieximbank has a cross-border guarantee scheme to remove trade frictions by issuing bigger bonds for insurers of cargo,
-it has an adjustment fund for economies that lose revenue on account of opening up their borders to goods of neighbors with higher capabilities,
-it has a settlement scheme to allow us to pay and receive payments in our own currency and many more tools!

Why are we slow to use these tools to drive our trade growth in Uganda?
Why are we not able to end the brinksmanship over rules of origin on textiles and other agricultural products - things we are scared will drive our jobs down?
Why don’t we have a national debate on these issues that stand in the way of our nation’s growth and transformation yet we are fixed on shallow politics? Why are we so driven to fix our eyes on Europe and the West yet we have 45% of all our manufactured goods sold within Africa?
Why are these not issues our public servants drive daily?

What are we here for if we can’t leave Africa better prepared to face the storms of tomorrow’s world?

It's noteworthy that the International Court of Justice has found Israel in violation of the Genocide Convention, as presented by South Africa.

In the spirit of upholding human rights, there is a call for the same court to intervene in preventing a potential genocide that the DRC and Burundi may be planning against Rwanda.

Concerningly, South Africa's support for the DRC government's hostile stance towards Rwanda raises alarm, and the international community should take proactive measures to prevent a recurrence of harm to the Rwandese people.

The President of Burundi's inflammatory statements against the President of Rwanda in public forums are not only undiplomatic but also contrary to good neighborliness and regional peace and security.

Diplomatic issues should be addressed through continental forums, not public forums under the AU banner.

Despite being the African Union youth champion for peace, making statements that incite chaos and violence is counterproductive.

I'm deeply appreciative of the endorsement by senior Ambrose Rachier and his confidence in my ability to lead our esteemed @LawSocietyofKe as it's president means so much.

Ensuring a robustly independent but accountable judiciary is my cardinal vision. I believe in ensuring the rule of law is entrenched and upheld in our country.

I'm also keen on a better practice environment for members as well as a vibrant mentorship infrastructure that works in giving our starting colleagues a footing.

My leadership in the 2024-26 term will focus on upholding cohesiveness of the society, championing public interest and advancing the rule of law.

When you marry a prayerful woman, you can never succeed in Cheating bcoz God works in mysterious ways. Infact that caretaker in heaven will punish you for sniffing other women's undergarments. If you think God is a delulu magician like the sugoi based wonder woman who turned sewage into keringet water, then you need to hear the story of one Dickson Munene who was born with an oversized Makagare at birth thus the Name Dick Munene!!
The Bible says; As a married man, your wife will always be your strength. So in our defense, that automatically makes other women our weakness. So as a woman, if your husband is cheating on you, just know he's trying to fight & overcome his weakness bcoz failure is part of the process to succeed- you know; Failing to try is trying to fail, so let that man cheat in peace. Can Somebody shout Hallelujah!!!
Dear ladies, every man cheats including your man, the only difference is others took it as a career. This was the case of Dickson munene who took cheating as a career, from the young to the old ones, the fat ones to thin ones, haku bagua, alipita na wote. Kitu alikua amebakisha ni kulala na mifugoo even though we can't rule that one out juu aliwai fanya kazi nyamira so definitely ashai lala na mkisii. I'm not saying kisiis are wild animals but if you ask goggle to translate the word kisii for you, the results will be a squirrel.
So despite Munene having the HSC (Head of State's Commendation) title in the prostitution industry, he was married to mama liam, a prayerful woman & together they were blessed with 3 kids. Giving birth to three kids definitely affected mama Liam's physical appearance, the once high end buddie was losing value in the market scene, the holy fruits were overriped & hanging, the flat tummy was gone & her face was slowly getting wrinkles. She invested alot of money in skin care routine, but unfortunately her skin didn't Care.
All these factors made Munene to go & look for young baddies outside wedlock. As mama Liam was busy on her knees cursing out INFIDELITY demons possessing her husband, other women were busy sucking out semen of FERTILITY from munene's engineering apparatus. As you can see, the number one cause of INFIDELITY are women bcoz in every cheating case, there is one man & two women involved & according to mazematiiks 2 is greater than one thus making the man a victim of infidelity- Waaaaaaaaaaaaaiiii Wisdom will kill me one day!!
So one evening Munene received a video call from his baddie late in the night. He was at the living enjoying his cold beer as the wife was busy praying, cursing out demons, fight & executing her enemies spiritually. Knowing the coast is clear, he answered the video call. It was Cate but not sidede lakini alikua ndethe, Munene immediately got an erection, sex talk was the agenda in this zoom meeting. As Munene was busy begging Cate to direct the camera to the fertile land so that he can see if the bean is ready for harvesting, he heard his wife coming towards the living room.
He immediately ended the video call, he didn't wait for mama Liam to question his call so he told her "Hey babe, huyo ni mathe alikua ananicall ata amakugotea sana, alikua anauliza kama Liam ameanza shule". My brother, kuelewa mambo ya Mungu ni ngumu! Mama Liam was shocked with those sentiments bcoz it seems pst. Mackenzie's prophecy had come to pass in her marriage. The question here is, Baba Liam anaongea na mama yake hadi anambao, ni mapepo gani hii!!! Ukistaajabu ya musa, utaona ya Munene. What mama Liam told him next shocked even Satan; "Baba Liam, dadako amenipigia simu anasema simu yako iko busy hakupati, anasema mama yako alipigwa na radi wakitoka chama, wako kwa njia wanamkimbiza githunguri mochuuarii".
Ama kweli siku ya nyani kufa miti zote huteleza, God decided to expose Munene for cheating, lying & going against his commandments, thao shall not commit adultery; ingekua ni Mia ama Hamusini maybe he could have committed peacefully, lakini thao mungu alikataza. As if that's not enough, he decided to demote munene to an orphan,, huyu mungu hanaga huruma. Ayaam telling you my brother, William Ruto will finish our marriages, uliza munene atakupea uhondo!!!

a) A jurisprudential headless chicken!
b) A jurisprudential train wreck!
c) A Surrogate of the State!
d) A court that churns out counterfeit judgments!
e) Incoherent!
