@GWRHelp when you cancel Didcot trains from Paddington, you make us miss connections. And an hour’s delay repay doesn’t really cut it when you’re on an Elizabeth Line train with a child who needs to pee.

The TINY delay-repay refund on a £40 day ticket is not enough for missing bedtime at least once a week or forking out for a taxi.
