@AgainstAsos I have followed your previous advice and sent a letter to ASOS HQ in London. I have confirmation from the parcel service who ASOS use that my return was lost at a depot in Bristol. The parcel is worth £870.90. ASOS won’t refund. Do you think court would favour me?

@ASOS_UK I Still haven’t been refunded for a parcel I returned on 1st September 2022 for £870.90!!! My account has been closed for no reason and online chat are not interested in helping me. Please get this resolved asap before I take LEGAL ACTION!!!

@AgainstAsos Has anyone had success writing to ASOS Head office for a refund. I posted a parcel on 1st September 2022 and still haven’t been refunded. I have proof of postage and the amount of the goods is £870.90!
