Either put the effort in by following all the steps and sticking to what you tell them you’re going to do, or let them walk all over you.

They keep doing this to people because people keep allowing it to happen and roll over

I’ve used them for 10+ years and never had an issue until they tried to refuse me my refund.

LEGALLY they can NOT refuse you your refund. They try this with everyone

Letter Before Action to their head office demanding refund and give deadline to respond/refund by. If no response/refund, proceed with legal action.

@mollymaehague @ASOS after Dylan C from customer service promised a refund I told my daughter.. and I recieved an email back today telling me I can no longer order from @ASOS and they won't respond. Absolutely disgusted in their service.

@KayBerr77418323 @ASOS @BBCWatchdog @MaryamElahiea Guarantee if you send the LBA, they will either respond to you regarding refunding you, OR if they ignore and you file a case with Small Claims, once they’re aware it’s been filed - they’ll refund

Send the letter tracked and signed for to their head office, give a deadline of a week for a response and if nothing, proceed with Small Claims. It’s simple enough to do online - quite a wait though.
