My cousin was a ward sister. A bloody good one by all accounts. Today would have been her 54th birthday. Except she picked up covid at work, at a time when all but the very front line and ‘hot areas’ were told there was no risk and we didn’t need PPE. She died in April 2020. 💔🌈

Letter Before Action to their head office demanding refund and give deadline to respond/refund by. If no response/refund, proceed with legal action.
