@heitner@frazerrice It depends on the salary the pro is earning. Beciase the echl pays such a low salary it does not disqualify him for ncaa play. A million dollar contract would disqualify him.
@SenBillCassidy Do you have an actual plan or just "concepts" of a plan? An actual plan would address pre-ex conditions, co-pays, deductibles, in-network providers etc.
