@TomUrtis I'll try this. I have a very crazy convoluted formula set, to get round this problem (Macro L on LinkedIn). I had to code it out and let the VBA in Excel just fail at midnight, as my coded solution uses up too much processing power.
@AngelaRayner No housing crisis if valuations were BIRC not CMV? Council Stock discounts would not have been needed.
2008, my new build leaseholder flat 2 bed, Brum centre, off street parking: CMV £208,500, Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost £89,000!
@TomUrtis I use an apostrophe at the start of a cell when I just want to show the text of a formula. Works with email addresses? The apostrophe is usually silent and not shown visibly.
@CHinchliffMP My new build 2 bed with off street parking in B'ham 2008, was £208,500 (CMV), although by CREST, as via their own conveyancing.
The asset true value was £89,000 as Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost on the Survey.
Force property valuations to BIRC. Cap 1st sale Profit @ 10%
@AthleticoMince Very funny podcasts, when chained to laptop and WFH. Didn't realise Country was your thing. This is a great documentary if you haven't seen it https://t.co/jhQs0a7qcm
@WorldBollard I used to analyse Killed, Serious, Slight cycling accidents on UK Police accident forms for a Council. So many hit and runs did not make sense.
Similarly with bollards, drivers drive subconsciously, looking for box shapes of other vehicles. Consciously see bollard on contact.
@lopp What if we have Decentralized Ledger for legal resolution?
Unbiased resolution, better than legacy legislatures, as laws would amended in realtime, if consensus exists.
Logically coding laws almost impossible, as so much vagueness, inconsistencies, etc
(AI must be confused)
@JohnJCrace We had a great deal in EU and own currency! Even a Swiss rule taker equivalent deal will not be possible as EU will want to discourage other possible "...EXIT" nations. Trade and GDP down, can't remember which is -15% or -5%, and if for last year.
Great articles John!
@KateMikhail
Slept in a blackout room on Saturday, with earplugs and a BreatheRight nasal strip. Slept longer than usual. On front, woke up less. Solved a VBA coding problem on Sunday, that I couldn't resolve since Wednesday. https://t.co/4OTR5AlnLj
@PinterFreshBeer Weiss Nights with Pinter 1. Not releasing the carbonation dial this time at tapping - in the instructions for Pinter 1. Fresher from the Pinter, not decanting to resealable bottles this time.
@claudiahammond@bbcworldservice I did not expect to not crave salt and vinegar crisps. Will never buy them now. There is a real problem with adding salt to self cooked food. Cooks on TV are a problem. I know I get too much from processed food. Edam slice just now is 0.4g!
@claudiahammond@bbcworldservice https://t.co/fimf0wY1xd This Life Scientific podcast stated 0.5 grams a day of salt is all you need. Just heard 'The Evidence' on salt and didn't get close to this clarity. I stopped adding salt overnight during COVID when heard. Tinned soup smells bad now with 1 gram of salt!
@jonathanliew https://t.co/BLJIfKxqXe The media / BOC / Lottery Funding have responsibilities for the mental health of the athletes. Work life balance for athletes also seems very unhealthy. Marchand seems very sensible. Expectation instead of journalism is difficult to watch.
@guardian_sport @jonathanliew I am UK/NL national with German relatives so have other teams to support. 'Brilliant Orange' a great book about Dutch past use of space, and creating space.
BBC pundit arrogance about our exceptionalism is unwatchable, I turn the volume down now. We seem in denial/arrogant.
@guardian_sport @jonathanliew Great article. Loads of other reasons for England players not seeming to pass quickly and with purpose. But Team too comfortable is a dominating idea for me.
A few competitions ago GER wanted players to pass ball in under 2 seconds(?)! Final with Brazil best team performance?
@guardiannews@CityPark4Brum "Viability", is this maximising profit with the most units possible, and grossly above the survey Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost.
CMV- BIRC = Profit per Unit?
Developer only concerned with own stock value and dividends in Australian listing?
Low rise more liveable?
@faisalislam Developers like @CrestNicholson are just gaming CMV, CMV con is the main cause of the cost of living crisis.
Why not a 10% profit cap at first sale & zero after? Developers would start building quality. CrestN could have zero carboned my flat and still made insane profit.
@faisalislam The chart on the news of rising average house prices. Interested to see the average asset value - survey Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost...
And the Av. pointless debt above this to CMV. In Jan 2008 a new build flat for me, BIRC was £87K & CMV was £208.5K!
