Don’t book the Choice hotels. That hotel reservation, management and customer service are pieces of shits. Booked one night stay, and got unexpectedly an email which mandatorily cancelled my reservation. Then the company didn’t want to refund and blamed me not inform corporation.

@ChoiceHotels I was blamed by your customer service Guest Experience Specialist, FerXXXXX, not to inform your corporation for the cancellation in my trip. That was a ridiculous response. I don’t want to expose more my private info in X. Thanks for help.

@ChoiceHotels Supposed check-in-Date 9/20 and check out 9/21. The reservation confirmation number is 59634602. You can find the detailed info in your corporation. Reserved 9/3. Received cancellation email 9/17. Talked to hotel manager 9/19 evening. Called your customer service 9/23 for refund.
