@Davidplaysx89 The xinput firmware was causing it for me, especially noticeable on my triggers/bumpers, updated that and it seemed better. Also removed a USB hub, which helped a bit before I updated. Make sure you're not using usb-c to usb-c, for some reason it glitches out.

Tried Apex, seemed alright for a few days, SBMM kicks in and that's it.

Finals, Battlefield, Destiny, Marathon, CS, even Division ffs.
