@virginmedia Apparently so but not initially. It didn't take 8 days to dig my road up, lay your cables, resurface the road and then connect me. Its beyond a joke, and no department to make any complaints either. Just keep getting fobbed off. Your losing a customer here
@virginmedia over 8 days and counting with absolutely zero broadband and phone. Countless engineers appointments cancelled by yourselves, the most appalling customer service anyone could expect. Will this issue ever be resolved???
@virginmedia 60 hrs after I reported loss of Internet service 24 hrs after I can finally get a technician booked for at the earliest4 days time I get a notification to say technician is cancelled due to a network issue but can rebook if network issue not fixed. More time wasted
