βDay 1 of new account...
Current portfolio: Β£58,478
βDown over Β£5,100 (-9%) this past month, but the eyes are firmly on the prize.
The goal is a Β£1M+ tax-free ISA in 5-10 years, and I think Β£100k isn't too far away.
βHere is how a 35y/o UK investor got here... π (1/2)
The clocks go back an hour in the UK later tonight, but it's worth reminding people that the clocks will not be put back in the US for another week.
Therefore if you are based in the UK, the US markets will open one hour earlier than usual at 1.30PM local time, and close one hour earlier at 8PM for the next week, before going back to normal the week after.
This is something that catches me out nearly every time, so I'm posting this as a reminder to myself as much as anything. π
Almost 1 month since collecting the Tesla and I can safely say its the best car I have ever driven...
The software is absolutely top notch and so intuitive. I honestly will feel like I'm back in the stone ages driving anything else now π
It's probably costing Β£5-10 per month to charge on average. And the only time I had range anxiety was my initial pick up from 28% charge back home with 11% left. This was primarily just down to it being my first journey in the car.
Anyone else considering getting a Tesla or already own one?

@SuperSleuth007@Chr1sF1 So what about wage slavery? Pretty much every clothes manufacturer is participating.
Have you boycotted multiple clothing brands as well?
@monealitwit Yeah took her to an inflatable park for a party but we got there too early, so used the Tesla to kill time.
I know technically she could watch my phone but the Tesla screen is a better experience!
Morning all βοΈ π
Taking my eldest daughter to one of her class mates parties today.
Got here a bit too early... π π π
No problem with a Tesla, we can just chill π in the car and put some shows on for my daughter!
One of the many underrated perks!

@Chr1sF1 That's an example of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
I buy a product because it provides value, not letting outside factors or geopolitics affect my buying decision
